Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Program Offers 60,000 Internships For Youth

The Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program was established by the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives at the request of Pakistan’s Prime Minister to ensure the economic empowerment of Pakistan’s youth. By providing 60,000 paid internships to recent graduates across Pakistan, the programme is working towards this goal.

Pakistan’s young graduates face gaps in marketable skills and practical experience, hindering their job market entry and high unemployment rate.

The Prime Minister’s Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program aims to bridge these barriers by providing off-job and on-job training, as well as work experience. To apply, create an account, log in to your dashboard, and explore internship opportunities across various fields.

The procedures listed below can be used to apply by interested candidates:

Each internship will last between six and twelve months. Candidates will receive both off-the-job and on-the-job training during this time, preparing them with employable skills and real-world experience. A monthly stipend of between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 40,000 will also be given.

Young graduates have a fantastic opportunity through this programme to gain worthwhile work experience and improve their prospects on the job market.
