The Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program was established by the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives at the request of Pakistan’s Prime Minister to ensure the economic empowerment of Pakistan’s youth. The first step is to learn more about the programme and its goals by going to the official BNIP website. After that, click the “Register” button to create your own account. They will have to provide some basic information during the registration process.

Each internship will last between six and twelve months. Candidates will receive both off-the-job and on-the-job training during this time, preparing them with employable skills and real-world experience. A monthly stipend of between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 40,000 will also be given.
