The Pakistan Freelancers Association’s “Future of Work” event, hosted on June 24, 2023 in Karachi, brought together prominent digital and freelancing figures to discuss opportunities, challenges, and prospects for Pakistani freelancers and entrepreneurs in the digital age.
Ayesha Mubarak Ali, Fusion-Tech Artist and Creative Director at Metavisionaries, who was named on Forbes Asia’s 30-Under-30 this year, Ayesh & Areesh Fatima, the youngest CCNA & MOS Certified Professionals, and Salman Noman, Pakistan’s first influencer to surpass 10 million subscribers on YouTube, were among the distinguished speakers at the event. Mr. Kamran Tessori, Governor of Sindh, served as the event’s Guest of Honor.
United Bank Limited (UBL), one of Pakistan’s top financial institutions with a sizable presence there, provided sponsorship for the event.

PAFLA’s FoW Conference highlighted important subjects like the future of freelancing, the importance of collaboration in creating successful partnerships, influencer marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation, as well as the widespread use of digital tools and technologies and diversity, equity, and inclusion, all of which have a big impact on the current ecosystem.

The Future of Work event served as a platform for participants to gain practical knowledge while also leaving with new networks of contacts that can advance their careers. Participants were also able to learn about the opportunities and problems that the digital age presents as well as how to take advantage of these things in order to succeed.
The conference’s many sessions made it easier to learn the abilities and tactics necessary to prosper in the new workplace, including communication, adaptability, and creativity.
