In a strategic move to tap into the thriving gaming market of Saudi Arabia, True Gamers, the international network of e-sports lounges, has finalized a groundbreaking master franchise deal worth $45 million. The deal, orchestrated with Nawaf Albishri, CEO of venture investment firm Falak, is set to revolutionize the gaming landscape in the country.
The $45 million investment aims to establish over 150 gaming clubs across Saudi Arabia, capitalizing on the projected $2.8 billion Saudi gaming market by 2026. The Kingdom boasts a substantial gamer population, with around 21 million enthusiasts, constituting about 58 percent of the total population.
Nawaf Albishri, the master franchisee, expressed enthusiasm about the venture, stating, “True Gamers’ unique blend of entertainment, technology, and eSports tournaments resonates perfectly with the Saudi gaming community. I am committed to bringing this concept to life across the Kingdom.” Albishri will spearhead the establishment of True Gamers offices in Saudi Arabia and is set to inaugurate the first showroom-style club in Jeddah within the next six months.
As part of the master franchise agreement, franchisees will receive comprehensive support, including commercial and technical documentation, necessary equipment usage, employee training, marketing tools, and a brand book. True Gamers is set to introduce its innovative concepts, such as robot waiter dogs and futuristic mobile interiors inspired by ‘The Matrix’ and metaverse themes.
True Gamers, known for its immersive gaming experiences, hosts a diverse collection of over 120 titles, including popular games like Fortnite, Counter-Strike, and Dota 2. From car simulators to VIP room capsules, True Gamers aims to provide unparalleled gaming experiences and plans to host premier eSports tournaments, fostering a vibrant gaming community in Saudi Arabia.
