CareCloud Sponsors Pakistan's National Digital Health Conference

The third annual national digital health conference in Pakistan will be sponsored by CareCloud, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCLD, CCLDP, CCLDO), a pioneer in healthcare technology solutions for medical practises and health systems nationwide.

Currently scheduled for today, July 15, 2023, in Lahore, Pakistan, the conference has the backing of both the national leadership and prime minister of that country.

The conference will focus on the progress, challenges, and best practices of electronic health record (EHR) implementation in Pakistan, an ongoing effort for more than a decade. The compulsory inclusion of telehealth in government insurance programmes will also be discussed.

Experts will examine telehealth integration and the adoption of electronic health records’ strategies, advantages, and policies. The objective is to promote collaboration and thought leadership while enhancing Pakistan’s access to and delivery of healthcare.

CareCloud is in a good position to lend its expertise to creating an efficient roadmap for EHR implementation in Pakistan because it has several offices there.

Their presence locally and understanding of the healthcare environment enable them to create specialised solutions that are in line with Pakistan’s unique requirements and rules, ensuring an easy transition to EHR adoption.

CareCloud will present on two important subjects as part of its sponsorship: “Continuous and Centralized Healthcare in Pakistan” by Ali Shaukat, general manager of CareCloud’s offshore operations, and “Role of EHR/EMR to Improve Clinical and Financial Outcomes” by Loraine Goetsch, division president and senior vice president of integrations at CareCloud.

The advanced cloud-based EHR solution from CareCloud, CareCloud Charts, will be demonstrated live as part of this event. The demonstration will highlight CareCloud Charts’ many features and functionalities and highlight how the service can enable healthcare organisations in Pakistan to produce better clinical, financial, and operational results.

Shaukat was ecstatic about the sponsorship, saying, “We are honoured to be the third annual Pakistan’s National Digital Health Conference’s proud sponsor. This event gives us the chance to highlight our significant presence in Pakistan and discover new opportunities for healthcare technology in the Middle East. We are eager to help Pakistani healthcare organisations improve patient care, streamline operations, and increase efficiency by imparting our expertise on EHRs to them. The conference offers a superb forum for cooperation, knowledge sharing, and changing the face of healthcare.”

The Digital Health Association of Pakistan, which is hosting the conference, anticipates welcoming more than 250 participants from healthcare organizations across Pakistan.
