The fifth co-working space in Punjab, operated by e-Earn, a project of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), has announced its soft launch in DG Khan. Together with Infomecs, a reputable IT solutions provider in the region, this co-working space was created.

The opening of e-Earn DG Khan is anticipated to have a positive effect on the regional economy and offer opportunities for independent contractors to work in a successful and imaginative setting.

Together with private partners, PITB is launching e-Earn province-wide in an effort to create a network of 11 e-Earn Co-working Spaces.

The network is currently running in DG Khan, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala, Multan, and Faisalabad.
The e-Earn co-working network provides all the amenities independent contractors need for a comfortable and productive work environment. It also supports women and people with disabilities by giving them equal access to employment opportunities.

By covering up to 70% of the cost of each member, the government hopes to help about 4000 independent contractors. The first step in getting a dedicated space at the e-Earn Co-working Space Network is to register there. The eligibility requirements stipulate that applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid CNIC.

In response to economic growth and the need for a central innovation hub for new freelancers, the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) launched the e-Earn project. An influx of younger, highly skilled professionals created a need for curating the largest coworking network.

For freelancers and entrepreneurs, e-Earn concentrated on providing workspace flexibility, essential resources, and unmatched community experiences. In addition to providing a shared space, e-Earn also has its own distinctive identity and all the benefits of coworking.

By offering independent contractors and business owners who prefer to work in a group rather than for a single employer a professional yet welcoming workplace, e-Earn seeks to establish the largest co-working network in Punjab.
