The agreement was signed by Mr. Junaid Mohmand, Head of Operations SME and Mr. Najeeb Agrawalla, CEO 1LINK. With this collaboration, SME becomes the 38th member bank on 1LINK’s network to avail its full suite of products.
This signing will help SME accomplish SBP’s vision to promote financial inclusion and financial awareness in Pakistan while growing its outreach to the underserved communities.
This membership will also enable SME to issue PayPak EMV debit cards to its account holders which will be personalized at 1LINK Perso Bureau. SME customer-base consisting of small entrepreneurs and low-income households will get convenience and quick access to their funds through 1LINK network.
