TouchPTCL is a mobile application which can be used by subscribers to pay their bills of different services including landline/EVO, recharge credit, EVO/V-Fone Pre-Paid etc. This mobile application also covers information services and bill enquiry, regular updates and customer care support through SMS, Email and Telephone.
According to the PTCL representative, the company has always strived for becoming a user friendly service provider and with each passing day, the ICT services have been improved significantly by realizing the customers need that change with the time and staying updated with its pulse is mandatory for PTCL in order to maintain its reputation amongst the vast user base.
