Dr. Taj emphasized that this accolade not only opens doors for collaboration but also ensures that Pakistani medical graduates are equipped to meet international healthcare standards, thus broadening their career horizons globally.

Acknowledging the collective effort behind this achievement, Dr. Taj extended gratitude to various stakeholders, including the Minister of Health, NHS&C Secretary Health, Surgeon General, PM&DC Council members, and Mr. Farzand Ali, International Consultant on Collaboration and Recognition.

He also lauded the dedication of medical colleges and hospitals such as Shifa College of Medicine, Khyber Medical College Peshawar, University of Lahore, Agha Khan Medical University Karachi, and Army Medical College Rawalpindi, for their pivotal role in supporting and contributing to the accreditation process through workshops and inspections during the evaluation by WFME.

Moreover, Dr. Taj extended his congratulations to the entire staff of PM&DC, recognizing their relentless efforts and unwavering commitment that culminated in this prestigious accreditation.

The accreditation from WFME not only validates the quality of medical education in Pakistan but also positions Pakistani medical graduates on a global platform, ready to make meaningful contributions to healthcare worldwide.
