Experts Call For Joint Strategy To Promote Business Ideas By Youth

Experts have emphasised the significance of the role played by youth in the educational, industrial, and economic sectors, and they have suggested that a cooperative strategy be developed to support business ideas put forth by them. Speaking on Thursday at the Sindh Agriculture University (SAU) Tandojam, they discussed the “Business Opportunities and Role of Youth.”

They claimed that in order to change people’s lifestyles and promote the prosperity of Sindh and Pakistan, cooperation in the value chain and entrepreneurship must be extended to young people.

Speaking at the event, SAU Vice Chancellor Dr. Fateh Mari said that in the larger interest of Pakistan’s economy and prosperity, the youth should be encouraged to engage in business activities consistent with their educational background.

He argued that institutions ought to take action and use young people’s skills to combat the pervasive sense of self-deprivation. Universities, in the VC’s opinion, could be a means for them to obtain the education they require to carry out their business ideas while taking market demands into account.

Depending on their aptitude and skills, young people can locate business opportunities anywhere in the world, claims Prof. Bhawani Shankar Chaudhry. The youth should only be encouraged in that regard, he continued.

He claimed that universities and the Higher Education Commission (HEC) needed to work together to help young people choose their careers.

He added that thousands of students were receiving scholarships and training so they could improve their own lives. According to Dr. Prem Sagar, many international celebrities have found success in life and a position through their businesses.

He claimed that SAU students had a responsibility to create products based on market demand and then sell them. He noted that it would be financially advantageous to them and eventually result in food security. The vice chancellor of SAU received a gift of books from Dr. Shankar. Drs. Ismail Kumbhar, Aijaz Ali Khuharo, Ghayasuddin Shah Rashdi, and Altaf Siyal were in attendance.
