Pakistan Future Fest To Host A Historic Delegation Of Saudi Startups

Largest tech conference and expo of Pakistan, Future Fest, will be held at Expo Lahore from January 6th to 8th, 2023. This year’s conference will feature a historic delegation of Saudi startups and venture capitalists meeting with Pakistani companies and key stakeholders to discuss investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and talent recruitment. This delegation and interest in Pakistan’s future come at a critical juncture in the country’s economic history.

The delegation of Saudi startups and venture capitalists includes Unifonic, Noon, Salasa, Mozn, Qoyod, [atm], Nana, AZM, Elm, AlGooru, Hala, Salla, Moyasar, Classera, Squadio, Nama Ventures, Merak Capital, Misk Foundation, Tracking.me, Diggipacks, Khwarizmi Ventures, Derayah Financial, ILSA Interactive, Takadao and senior representatives from Digital Enablement Partner, Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) and Invest Saudi.

The Punjab provincial government collaborated with Future Fest to provide a secure venue for the three-day event. Previously, through an MOU between PITB DG e-Gov Sajid Latif and CEO Ejad Labs Arzish Azam, the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) became the official partner for Future Fest 2023.

Dr. Arslan Khalid, Punjab IT Minister; PITB Director Communication and Coordination (C&C) Wing; and PITB Joint Director Freelancing Wing Ahmad Islam Syan were also present at the occasion. Adviser to Chief Minister Punjab on Home, Prison, and Information, Omar Sarfraz Cheema, and Minister for Industries, Commerce, and Investment, Mian Aslam Iqbal, have also assured their support for Future Fest 2023.

Future Fest 2023 is a three-day event dedicated to using technology to pave the way for Pakistan’s future. It will bring together leaders from more than 50 industries to foster discussion on the future of life itself.

Entrepreneurs, decision-makers, policymakers, thought leaders, investors, and innovators will discuss the most pressing issues of the day and how technology can help to Save The Future. This year’s event will draw 50,000 people, 200 exhibitors, 500 startups, and 300 international speakers from over 30 countries.
