The Honor 50 series is scheduled to be launched May 2021. And as the launch date gets more closer more leaks are being observed over the internet. The flagship phone of the Honor 50 series, the Honor 50+ Pro has been making rounds on Chinese benchmarking platforms. The design follows the trendy design with oval-shaped camera bump. According to reports, It might feature a 50MP primary camera, 13MP ultrawide unit and an 8MP telephoto camera with up to 2x magnification. The phone will also have a 3D ToF Sensor for top-notch depth data on the camera bump.

Coming to the front, the Honor 50+ Pro will come with a 6.79” AMOLED 120Hz display protected by Corning Gorilla glass with the support of HDR10+. The panel will be equipped with a 1440p resolution with a dual punch hole for the 32MP primary selfie camera and an 8MP sensor.

The device will be having an octa core processor which is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC based on 5nm processor and a 4,400 mAh Li-Po battery that supports 66W super-fast wired charging and a 50W wireless fast charging. The company claims to juice up the cell from flat to 100% in less than 20 minutes. Honor was separated from its parent company after it was not able for Huawei to continue producing two different brands under one roof. So, after the launch of Honor as a separate brand, the company will be expecting a good market reception for its latest flagship device. It seems like Honor would only be launching its base variant with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. There has been no news about any other variant of this particular phone being released. There might be a chance that some features will be downgraded allowing another entrant in this series.

Moreover, the Honor 50+ Pro will be equipped with a USB-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0, dual band Wi-Fi, dual sim support and fingerprint scanner has not been confirmed yet.

There is no clue if Honor will be releasing this phone in Pakistan. But since its separation, it is observed that the company is seen lively participating in the country. So, there might be a chance that Honor releases this flagship device in the country along with its global release.
