Circle brings She Loves Tech 2019 the world’s largest women and tech startup competition to Pakistan aimed to showcase champion technologies for women and by women.
She loves tech particularly looking for tech startups in these domains that are Fintech, AI & Big data, Internet of Things (IoT), MedTech, Clean Energy, AgriTech, EdTech and Consumer Tech.
A global platform She Loves Tech Pakistan is expanding to 20 countries. In Pakistan three national local rounds to be held in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi and the national final round being held in Karachi.
The top three startups will win cash prizes. The national round winner will:
- Receive a trip to Beijing, China where they will pitch on an international stage
- Attend the She Loves Tech 2019 international conference
- Participate in a high-level boot camp including workshops and company visits to Baidu, Xiaomi and other leading tech companies.
- Get an opportunity to win a $15,000 equity-free cash prize
She loves tech 2019 must have at least one criterion to pitch the competition. The specifications are;
- Has a product intended specifically for women
- Has a product that addresses a problem which disproportionately affects women
- Has a significant proportion of female consumers
- Has at least one female entrepreneur on the founding team
After the national rounds the participants will b e flown to China Beijing and the Bootcamp will be from 3-6 September,2019 and the Global Finals and International Conference will be on 7th September,2019.
