The delegation visited the project sites under the Early Harvest / Prioritized CPEC Gwadar Package consisting of nine infrastructure and one recently agreed memorandum of understanding (MoU) on the integrated social sector planning and development of Gwadar region.

The projects included focus on such initiatives that can provide for human resource development and empowerment through education, health, job creation, poverty alleviation, community development and promotion of tourism.

Speaking on the occasion, Lin Dajian said that China not only wanted to develop Gwadar port but also working on the vision of the development the people of Gwadar and under the project various socio-economic projects would be launched soon.

On the occasion the visiting guests were briefed about the progress of these multidimensional uplift schemes that are hallmark of the decades of people to people and government to government Sino-Pak friendship.
