STAFF REPORT KHI: A two-day workshop was held last week on ‘Developing Skills for the Interpretation of 1D and 2D NMR Spectral Data for the Structure Determination of Organic Molecules’, through video conference.
The workshop was organised under the Virtual Education Project Pakistan (VEPP) and Latif Ebrahim Jamal (LEJ) National Science Information Centre, International Centre for Chemical and Biological Sciences.
Faculty members of the Department of Chemistry and Bio-Chemistry, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, participated in the workshop.
The workshop was chaired by Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences Prof. Dr Yasmeen Faiz Kazi, Director HEJ Institute, Karachi, Prof. Mohammad Iqbal Choudery, Director Research Prof. Dr Ashfaque Ahmed Memon, Prof. Dr Shafique Ahmed Arain, Prof. Dr Munsif Ali Talpur, Dr Nisar Kanhar and others attended the workshop.
