COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) Lahore Campus and Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) organized a three-day long 7th Pak China Business Forum (PCBF) at Expo centre Lahore.
The PCBF – industrial expo aimed to build and promote knowledge- driven cooperation in businesses and high-tech transfers through University R&D and Industry collaborations, for the mutual benefits of both Pakistan and China.
Federal Minister of Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry chaired the ceremony as a chief guest, along with Rector COMSATS university Prof. Dr. Raheel Qamar and Director COMSATS university, Lahore campus Prof. Dr. Qaiser Abbas, Chinese ambassadors Mr. Wong and some other esteemed personalities.
Professor Dr. Raheel Qamar highlight that Pakistan is full of potent young mind and there are many opportunities for these talented graduates. We need to develop the huge investments and the development of new industries for the youth.
Chief Guest Fawad Chaudhry addressed that the “friendship of Pakistan and China is taller than Himalayas and deeper than Arabian Sea”.
He further added that we hope China will grab these opportunities that we provide here will invest in Pakistan renewable source of energy.
The major sponsors of Pak china business forum were HEC, GOP, FPCCI, OOISC, Pakistan Industrial expo and Everest International expo. More than 400 Chinese businessmen and entertainers participated in this event.
