Motorola-Razr-2’s-Release-Date-Postponed-Due-To-COVID-19

It is claimed that the release date of Motorola’s second generation foldable smartphone Motorola Razr 2 has been delayed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. It was also said that the phone’s release date will not be before 2021.

Ross Young, founder and CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants, said in a post on his Twitter account that “Motorola razr 2’s release was shifted a quarter due to COVID-19. It is not possible until 2021, ”he said.

Although it may be understandable that coronavirus is delayed due to the epidemic of COVID-19 disease, it is hardly surprising that there is another reason behind it. Motorola’s second generation foldable smartphone will be presented to users with a bigger screen just like the Galaxy Z Flip.

Called “Smith” phone, Motorola razr 2 is also known as XT2071-4. It is said that the razr 2 will have a Snapdragon 765 chipset, 8 GB of RAM and a 2,845 mAh battery. Also 256 GB of internal storage are among the possible options.

On the back of the phone, there will be a 48 MP camera using Samsung ISOCELL Bright GM1 sensor and a 20 MP selfie camera on the front. The device, which will have the Android 10 operating system, will come with Flex View and Quick View screens.
