Quaid-I-Azam University Alumni Association has valued the choice of Capital Development Authority of fresh demarcation of QAU Campus boundaries.
The QAU Alumni Association otherwise called ‘Quaidian’ alongside the Joint Action Committee of QAU comprised before to recover QAU land from land mafia, qabza groups, and CDA affectees acknowledged the step of demarcation of QAU campus boundaries. They said that the new demarcation will be enormously useful in settling the long-pending issue of QAU land.
The two bodies reaffirmed that no trade-off will be made much more than one inch of the authentic right of QAU which CDA prior declared to comprise 1709 sections of land, 4 kanals, and 12 marlas. In an announcement, the Alumni and JAC said that it is a significant incident that top-ranked university of Pakistan is confronting a lot of issues including unlawful infringement by persuasive land mafia which included previous Senate Chairperson Nayyar Hussain Bokhari too.
The graduated class, QAU workforce and representatives who communicated their purpose commonly in the past that they would not let their endeavors to go squandered promised again to proceed with their battle till truly giving over of 1709 acres, 4 kanals and 12 marlas of land to QAU against which university administration had just paid the aggregate sum to the concerned division.
