Int'l action research workshop aimed to serve humanity

The first of its kind international workshop on Action research and qualitative research was hosted by Sindh University, Mehran University in collaboration with Institute of Business Administration (IBA) and ORIC.

Int'l action research workshop aimed to serve humanityWhere in, the two international academicians of world repute Dr John Anderson, Professor, Department of People and Technology, Roskilde University, Denmark and Tom Holmgaard Borsen, Associate Professor Planning, Anthropology and Sustainable Design, Alborg University, Denmark enlightened the listeners on the workshop premise. 

Both the honored guest speakers talked about the social responsibilities of the nonprofessionals, professionals and teachers in the 21 century. The world reputed academicians mandated “research to augment quality paradigms, promote life and revolutionize human stipulation all over the world.”

Moreover, both the speakers Dr John and Tom Borsen stressed out that service of mankind should serve as epitome of all research rendezvous; adding that the given effort should also be brought to act as an remedy against growing poverty, unemployment and other noxious problems facing humanity.

University of Sindh, Vice Chancellor, Dr Burfat also applause the chair and organizing committee and acknowledged that more such events are needed to promote the qualitative research in the country.

The international qualitative and action research workshop went very successful, as it was very informative and productive ultimately bolster the research culture in the country .
