Three days interactive workshop on “Principles of Project Management” is going to held on July 16 -18, 2019 at Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad (IST).
The workshop is designed for professionals, academicians from universities, public and private organizations, media industry, NGOs, event management companies and all those who are interested to enhance their skills of project management.
IST Director and Associate Professor Dr. Najam Abbas Naqvi will be the facilitator of the workshops. He trained more than 3500 professionals in the field of project management and personal effectiveness.
The workshop will focus on Project Management body of knowledge, while explaining the PM framework. It will also address the 5 core process groups, 10 knowledge areas and 47 processes along with the tools and techniques used in managing projects.
