The goal of the conference was to promote technology-based alternatives for reforming Pakistan’s justice system. This symposium brought together government officials, lawyers, and entrepreneurs to exhibit ground-breaking technologies that have the potential to transform Pakistan’s legal system and access to justice.

Omar Soomro (Secretary of the Sindh High Court Bar Association), Shoaib Shaheen (President of the Islamabad High Court Bar Association), Munizae Jahangir (Board Member of the Asma Jahangir Legal Aid Cell), and Muhammad Ahmad Pansota (Sr. Legal Analyst and Partner at Ahmad & Pansota) were among the significant legal figures present at T4JF.

Also present at the conference, the Hon. Justice Mansoor Ali Shah of the Supreme Court of Pakistan said, “Delays in cases are the biggest challenge our criminal justice system faces, it devastates families and litigants.”

To deal with the approximately 2.2 million cases pending before the courts, the honorable judge stressed the importance of modernizing the way we hear cases using technology.

Hon. Justice Athar Minallah, Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court (IHC), delivered the closing remarks at the conference.
