Captivate Bio, a newly formed scientific solutions provider headquartered in Watertown, Massachusetts, emerged from stealth mode today to announce it has successfully launched its portfolio of cell culture tools to assist in the fight against COVID-19 and other emerging diseases as well as help address the gaps exposed by supply chain issues and delays in cell culture media manufacturing here in the United States.Captivate Bio initiated operations in June 2020 and has achieved several critical milestones including the first product shipment to customers in just 2 short months while inking key scientific collaborations which will help fuel the Company’s aggressive growth strategy. Founded by and women-led, the management team has extensive experience in media manufacturing, supply chain and commercialization; the company is already transacting and rapidly generating revenue.
