Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab inaugurated an innovative online portal and mobile application for the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE).

In a groundbreaking move aimed at enhancing accessibility and efficiency in the education sector, Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab inaugurated an innovative online portal and mobile application for the Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISE). The unveiling took place during CM’s visit to the BISE Lahore, where he introduced a user-friendly platform that streamlines access to documents and various services.

The newly launched online facilities are set to revolutionize the way students access their educational documents. Through the user-friendly portal, students can conveniently receive essential documents at their doorstep.

Caretaker CM expressed his optimism about this initiative, stating that it will soon be extended to the remaining 8 boards across Punjab, ensuring widespread access and convenience for students across the region.

The mobile application offers students two convenient options for obtaining their degrees. They can either choose to visit the board office in person or opt for the hassle-free alternative of having their degree delivered to their homes for a nominal fee. This flexibility is expected to ease the burden on students and their families, especially during these challenging times.

Acknowledging the swift implementation of online services, Naqvi commended the efforts of the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). He recognized the PITB’s role in efficiently launching the user-friendly platform, emphasizing the need for technology to play a pivotal role in transforming the education landscape in Punjab.

While celebrating this significant leap towards modernization, Caretaker CM also voiced his concerns about the current state of education in the country. Expressing the need for continuous improvement, he highlighted the challenges faced by the education sector and urged the next government to prioritize vital reforms.

In his address, CM emphasized the importance of ongoing efforts to uplift the quality of education in Punjab. He expressed hope that the next government would take proactive measures to address the challenges faced by the education system, focusing on comprehensive reforms to ensure a brighter future for the youth.

The launch of the online portal and mobile application represents a turning point in the educational landscape of the region as Punjab makes a significant step towards digitising its education system.

With the promise of extending these services to all boards in Punjab, the initiative is set to empower students and streamline the administrative processes associated with educational document retrieval. As the nation looks toward the future, the call for comprehensive education reforms remains a key focus for the betterment of the youth and the prosperity of the region.
