MRANTI is Malaysia’s central commercialisation agency under MOSTI. It helps Malaysian R&D focus on missions, turn ideas into real-world impact, and boost their Return on Ideas (ROI). MRANTI Park is spread over 686 acres and offers comprehensive commercialisation support. It acts as a center of excellence for nurturing and supporting innovation from ideation to commercialisation.

The park, which has been working with international technology corporations to develop 371 acres of space, is strategically situated close to Kuala Lumpur’s city centre.

The remaining 315 acres are designated for a development zone where new technologies will be tested, validated, and incubated. With the help of this initiative, businesses and entrepreneurs will be able to test and perfect their novel ideas before bringing them to market.

Over 150 technology-based businesses, including large multinational corporations, small and medium-sized businesses, and startups, are based in MRANTI Park as of 2022. These businesses work in a variety of industries, including advanced materials, engineering, biotechnology, and ICT.

There is plenty of room for parking both cars and motorcycles at MRANTI Park. The well-kept parking lot makes it simple to get to the park’s various structures. Tenants and visitors can access the park whenever they want because the parking lot is open twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week.

To accommodate their various parking needs and methods in 2021, MRANTI Park implemented the TimeTec Smart Parking System. These include the cashless Touch n’ Go system for off-street parking and the parking app for on-street visitor parking; LPR and TnG season parking, and cashless event parking with a handheld POS terminal and validation.

The system is intended to speed up the process of finding open parking spaces for vehicles as well as automate the ordering and payment of season passes through the TimeTec Parking App.

The TimeTec Smart Parking System unifies all parking and payment options at its cloud backend to simplify parking management.

The system is equipped with a data analytics module to provide insight into operations to ensure continuous improvement. It is also used as a digital entry point for MRANTI Park to get ready for the upcoming digital transformation project.

The cost of parking at MRANTI Park is reasonable and varies according to how long you stay. Parking fees are offered hourly, daily, and at reduced rates for long-term parking. For tenants who need regular access to the park, the parking garage also offers reserved parking.

Overall, MRANTI Park’s parking structure is effectively planned, effective, and reasonably priced. For tenants and guests, it offers hassle-free parking, which improves the technology hub’s accessibility in general.
