Governor of Sindh stated that the current revolution in the world is known as the “technological revolution” and that we must be a part of it because a new technology is introduced in some industry every month.

He made these remarks while speaking at a function at the Governor’s House about Pakistan’s future in information technology. The event was attended by JDC Chairman Zafar Abbas, Karachi Administrator Dr. Syed Saifur Rehman, and a large number of IT Department personnel.

The governor stated that because technological revolution is occurring at such a rapid pace around the world, it is critical to learn about it and work on it now, or else we will be left behind in this revolutionary era.

He observed that artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and the Internet of Things are making everyday objects smart and that marketing is no longer done on billboards but rather on digital and social media.

Government stated that in today’s rapidly changing world, it is critical to arm oneself with modern weapons, and the greatest weapon is knowledge, so it is critical to acquire modern knowledge to face this era. He stated that his goal is to provide modern knowledge to Pakistan’s youth in order for Pakistan and its people to be included on the list of modern countries in the world.

Separately, the Governor of Sindh stated that educated youth are an asset to society and the country, as well as ensuring future of Pakistan.

“Graduates can play an important role in Pakistan’s prosperity,” he stated these remarks at the Jinnah Sindh Medical University’s (JSMU) fourth convocation on Sunday. Muhammad Ismail Rahoo, Minister for Universities and Boards, JSMU Vice Chancellor Prof. Amjad Siraj Memon, and university faculty members were also present.

The governor of Sindh stated that JSMU, Pakistan had made significant progress in a short period of time and that the addition of new fields in the university would provide educated youth with better and more modern education opportunities.

“Today is a day of joy and pride for all the students as well as their parents because the convocation is the fruit of the students’ hard work and the reward of the parents’ sacrifices,” the governor said.

The governor stated that we should raise our children to be doctors, engineers, and good citizens. He stated that he was working hard to add new universities in Karachi and that an official mobile app was being developed for the youth so that something could be done at the official level to help them find work.
