How conventional teaching to be transformed into entrepreneurial mind-sets Dr Ulrike

Dr. Ulrike Guelich, Assistant Professor, School of Entrepreneurship and Management, Bangkok University, Thailand was invited to Qarshi University as an international guest speaker. She is a Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) Thailand team leader and a Member of the Board of GERA (Global Entrepreneurship Research Association). She delivered a talk about “Entrepreneurial Universities at work: Case of Bangkok University“. Her talk revolved around how conventional teaching methods have to be transformed into entrepreneurial mind-sets.

Dr. Zafar Iqbal Qureshi, Chief Academic Affairs also shared his opinion about need of entrepreneurial approaches among faculty. Dr. Faisal Mustafa, Vice Chancellor, Qarshi University thanked Dr Ulrike Guelich and narrated that how Pakistan as a state and our universities have now started focusing on entrepreneurial mind-sets initiatives and development of entrepreneurial networks to drive the country’s economy on right path in the coming years. He also stated that Qarshi University’s vision is to emerge as one of the leading institutions in the innovative R & D and it’s commercialization.
