The theme reveal video doesn’t give us a glimpse at any new gameplay, but the track does give us a taste of the vibe we will be seeing and hearing in the new game. The Street Fighter Twitter account has been generous to fans of the series, though, with glimpses at features like character-specific taunts and in-game emotes.
There’s been a steady stream of reveals for the game outside of Twitter, too. Just yesterday at the Summer Game Fest, we got another look at the Street Fighter 6 in a reveal trailer for Guile.The first reveal of the game at Sony’s June State of Play gave us a glimpse of the latest entry in the legendary fighting franchise. Capcom also revealed that Street Fighter 6 “pushes the boundaries of what a fighting game is and allows players to leave their own legacy with their player avatar.”
