Russian Representative

Coordinator General COMSTECH, Prof. Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Ramazan Abdulatipov, the permanent Russian representative to the OIC and H. E. Mr. Danila Ganich, the Ambassador of Russia to Pakistan on Monday. Russia would support enhancing capacity in artificial intelligence and exploring medical health care systems in OIC least developed countries particularly African member states.

Coordinator General COMSTECH, Prof. Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary had a meeting with H.E. Mr. Ramazan Abdulatipov, the permanent Russian representative to the OIC and H. E. Mr. Danila Ganich, the Ambassador of Russia to Pakistan on Monday.

The dignitaries discussed and agreed to develop a 5-10-year cooperation programme between COMSTECH and Russian Cooperation Agency for the development of science and technology in OIC states. This programme would help develop linkages between Russian Cooperation Agency and the OIC member states. Scholars exchange programme and signing of MoUs with top Russian universities would be part of this programme.

Russia would support enhancing capacity in artificial intelligence and exploring medical health care systems in OIC least developed countries particularly African member states.

COMSTECH would facilitate visits of scholars, scientists and technicians from OIC states to top science and technology institutions and laboratories of Russia in basic sciences, engineering, biomedical sciences, and public health.

H.E. Mr. Ramazan Abdulatipov, the permanent representative of Russia to the OIC, appreciated the role of Coordinator General COMSTECH, Prof. Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary for his efforts for the advancement of science and technology in OIC member states. Prof. Choudhary presented COMSTECH souvenir to both the dignitaries.
