Punjab Minister for Health Dr. Yasmin Rashid said Naya Pakistan Health Card Application has been launched to provide health facilities to the people.
Addressing a news conference in Lahore on Sunday, she said citizens’ record at NADRA is mandatory to avail this facility adding that those who have children should contact to NADRA for making of B form.
The Minister said that patients can avail health facilities at public and private hospitals under Health Card.
Dr Yasmin Rashid said that providing every family the health card is the priority of the government adding that an app has been made for facilitation of sehat card, one can get all the information through Health Card App.
She said that the sehat card will not be provided to every one but it will be provided to head of the family. She said that in every district a desk has been established for the facilitation of the sehat card.
The health minister said that the sehat card is necessary for rich and poor both adding that the sehat card will cover whole of the family.
Lambasting on the opposition, she said that those who are criticizing the health card will also receive it adding that Nawaz Sharif and his family can get benefit from the health card.
