Bahrain’s National Broadband Network, BNET, Is To Adopt Arrow Labs’ MIMS Technology To Manage To Manage Its Field Operations And Service Delivery. Arrow Labs will deploy its core product, MIMS, an enterprise SaaS software running on AWS cloud, unifying frontline workers. Accessed by mobile app, web, and wearables, MIMS connects employees, machines, and facilities to deliver “flawless work-flow execution”.

Bahrain’s independent wholesale broadband provider has integrated the MIMS technology as part of its ongoing digitalisation, allowing it to automate its service provision and better manage the workforce. The benefits are said to include: real time capacity-based management; material reductions in incident response time; accurate consumption tracking; and “significant increases” in critical infrastructure availability.

Salah Abdulrahim, chief digital platforms officer at BNET said: “Our partnership with Arrow Labs is aimed at optimising our productivity and efficiency levels as a company. Arrow Labs said its platform can increase staff productivity by 30% and business efficiency by 40%. Further it “reduces operating costs by 20%”.
