She even ate seven huge papayas and two large dragon fruits but to no avail.

The longest she went without pooping was 17 days. Even then, she could only defecate pellets of faeces, the kind that sheep excrete.

“I look normal on the outside and I have a lively personality. But I often experience pain so severe, it feels like I’m having an abortion. This is something that the people around me don’t see,” she revealed in her post.

Enough was enough, the woman decided to go get herself checked.

The doctors conducted an x-ray on her made a horrifying discovery: The woman had a displaced colon.

“My colon is super long and it has extended all the way to the top.”

The x-ray revealed that the last segment of her colon as devoid of wrinkles. The cause could be accumulation of poop over the years.

“It seems like the only way to solve this is to remove my entire colon, but I’m so afraid. I’m scared that there might be complications,” she said.

There’s a silver lining.

While it’s scary to look at, the good news is her colon hasn’t reached her heart.

According to reports from Taiwanese media, the woman is looking to decide if she should undergo the knife in 2021.
