Humans using animals for invention and experimentations. So far drugs against many diseases were made by humans. These drugs not only reduced the burden of various diseases but also helpful in maintaining good health of humans. Different animals models used for different purposes like members of murids are using as a model for experimental many drugs used for treatment of arthritis. Similarly, for discovery of anticancer different animals are used.

Different health associations worked a lot in determining the epidemiology of Rheumatoid arthritis throughout the globe. According to research in year 2010 prevalence of Rheumatoid arthritis is 0.24%. In united states and northern European countries this prevalence is quite high almost 0.5 to 1 %. In united states and Northern European countries almost 40 from 100000 people were suffering from arthritis.
Sign and symptoms:

For arthritis treatment different drugs were made. The efficacy of these drugs were tested on rats. There are many reasons why we select rats for these experiments. Rats are small in size Rats are lab animals can be controlled easily. Rats need small concentrations of drugs to induce arthritis. The genetic make up rats and humans are almost same so effect of drug on both species are same.

After a lot of experiments many different drugs were discovered for the treatment of arthritis in humans. Rabbits usually very active animals.

Arthritis is very important disease regarding old age in humans that normally present in every 3 out of 10 persons. Different experiments have been performed to discovered exact treatment of arthritis in humans. A lot of improvement has been done regarding this disease but still there is a space for all researchers to work on it and reduce this disease to its minimum
