Submission of health declaration form required for entering in Pakistan

All passengers will be required to submit a health declaration form while entering in Pakistan for blocking possible transmission of novel coronavirus in the country.

Submission of health declaration form required for entering in PakistanA health declaration form will be distributed amongst all passengers on flights traveling to Pakistan. They will have to fill up the form and hand it over to health officials upon arrival at airports across the country.

The form contains contact details, demographic information of passenger, brief travel history and health status like issue of fever, cough and shortness of breath.

Press release issued by the aviation division that the submission of completed form will be necessary for entering Pakistan in view of novel coronavirus outbreak. They warned that non compliance shall result in denial of entry into the country.

Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Health Dr Zafar Mirza has announced that no Pakistani will be allowed to come back Pakistan from China until they complete a 14 day observation period. Those declared free of the virus after the period will be issued with a certificate to get them pass through the airport. Pakistan remains free from the coronavirus disease by ensuring this measures.

Recently Pakistan closed its border with Iran after it reported a number of deaths from the deadly disease.
