Pakistan's activist to join UN Youth Climate Summit

The UN Youth Climate Summit scheduled to be take place on Saturday, September 21 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York that will accommodate 100 enthusitic young climate champions across the globe.

Pakistan's activist to join UN Youth Climate SummitAmong the 100 green ticket recipients, Pakistan’s young climate activists Durlabh Ashok will join other climate youth leaders at the first-ever Youth Climate Summit at the United Nations , New York.

Durlabh Ashok, a young climate activist from Pakistan who has co-founded Hack Embassy, aimed at youth-focused innovation hub that is in the junction of entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, and sustainability. 

UN Youth climate summit is a platform for persuasive young leaders who are pouring climate action to showcase their solutions at the United Nations SDGz , and to significantly fit into place with decision-makers on the crucial issue of our time.

This historic event will feature a full-day of programming that brings together young activists, innovators, entrepreneurs, and change-makers who are committed to combating climate change at the rate of knots and scale needed to meet the challenges from all walks of life.

The green ticket winners between the ages of 18 to 29, based on their confirmed commitment to addressing the climate crisis and advancing solutions will receive funded travel to New York to attend the Youth Climate Summit 2019.
