Technology transforms everything in a robust way; it’s the right time for Pakistan to indulged technological advancements in the country to perk up national economy. Confer to that, Pakistan aims to take benefit of Japanese technology.

Pakistan keen to take benefit of Japanese technologyFederal Minister for Information Fawad Chaudhry said Pakistan was eager of additional strengthening its bilateral relations with Japan. There was a need to jointly work together on provisions of technological development and advancement.

Keeping in line, the Japanese Ambassador Kuninori Matsuda in Islamabad said Pakistan is an attractive destination of the foreign investment and there is an plentiful scope for more cooperation in joint production.

In February, the Japanese government had extended its support to Pakistan by announcing a grant assistance of $10.6 million to scrap malnutrition, improve livelihood and increase malleability to natural disasters in Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan.

The assistance is part of a partnership that the Japanese government signed with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Food Programme (WFP) in Islamabad.
