The natural treatments are best way to cure or prevent any infection because they have no side effect. There are several natural treatments that can be used in daily routine to kill or remove the various parasites from body.

Mostly parasites live and well survive in body with weak immune system. The best way to prevent infection is use boil water and well cooked food. Avoid the food contain lots of sugar content. Take care of your health by using natural food is the best way to prevent parasitic infection because if immune system is strong it will eliminate the internal parasite and cure the infection site but if immune system is weak then parasite growth increases and large population of parasite cause severe infection.

Turmeric (Adark)

The turmeric is easily available in Pakistan and not too much expensive. It has several health benefits and also use in treatment of parasitic infections. The main active ingredient of turmeric is curcumin and it has very powerful effect as an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. The turmeric is taken in food by different methods.

  1. It can be taken directly buy turmeric from market cut in to pieces and eat as salad.
  2. Mostly people take it in the form of tea, dissolve 2 gram of turmeric powder in 1 cup of boiling water.
  3. People not preferred tea they can also take it with milk.    
Lemon Seeds

The lemon seeds are very powerful when used in crushed farm kill the parasites. The simple way is to take a lemon slice remove seeds and then crush the seed in blender. The crushed seed of lemon mix with glass of water and drink it.  If you like taste of lemon and their seeds then take seed directly by chewing. 

Milk and Castor Oil

Castor oil is a translucent liquid. It has great health importance especially in digestive problems. Castor oil is broken down in to ricinoleic acid in small intestine which kills the parasite of digestive system.  Take two spoons of castor oil and mix it in to glass of milk and drink it. Make a routine to take one glass of this mixture at least for one week kill all the gastrointestinal parasites of body.

The pomegranate is a delicious fruit use in daily routine by you can eat or drink the juice of fresh pomegranate. If you are drinking a glass of pomegranate juice regular basis then it will not only kill parasites, but it will keep your body free from parasites.

Coconut

Coconut is a favorite food for both adult and young age people. It is using as chewing on raw grated coconut after drinking coconut water best for killing parasite. If you want a double the intensity of killing the parasite, mix some finely grated raw coconut with the coconut milk and drink them together.
