The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore and Amal Academy signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to run Amal Academy’s career-prep fellowship programme for the students of UVAS.

UVAS Pro Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Amal Academy Benje Williams signed the MoU at the UVAS City Campus Lahore.

Under the MoU, focus will be on developing job skills including communication, interviewing and CV writing, and on moulding the mindset of students entering the job market.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad briefed the delegation of Amal Academy on UVAS academic, research facilities and short term training programmes. He also discussed the areas of collaboration and enhancing cooperation in the areas of mutual interest.

Dean Faculty of Biosciences Prof Dr Habib-ur-Rehaman and Dean Faculty of Life Sciences Business Management Prof Dr Arif Khan, Director External Linkages Dr Imtiaz Rabbani and Dr Shoaib Sarwar were present on the occasion.
