STAFF REPORT ISB: KOICA Alumni Association of Pakistan (KAAP) and Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), official benefactor office of the Republic of Korea held an Annual Alumni Reception 2015. More than 120 higher government officials from distinctive Government Ministries participated in the event.


Sung Choon-Ki, the KOICA Resident Representative Pakistan said amid the occasion, “In the specialized collaboration program, more than 80 Government authorities have taken an interest in 20 distinct trainings programs in Korea. We had effectively settled local graduated class relationship in Peshawar and sorted out four workshops in Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi and Islamabad. Presently we have more than one thousand graduated class and numbers are expanding each year. I welcome their support in KOICA exercises in Pakistan. We will soon finish the Waste Water Treatment Plant at Kasur, which will enhance wellbeing and sanitation pointers in Punjab”.


It was also informed that Pak-Korea ICT Center in Islamabad will be useful this year. This venture expects to give Advanced ICT preparing projects to Pakistani people groups.


Dr Muhammad Akram Shaikh, President KOICA Alumni Association of Pakistan said that This year is the first run through territorial graduated class affiliations are shaped and actuated to confer their vital part in upgrading reciprocal connection between Korea and Pakistan. This year we likewise composed a workshop on Application of KOICA’s Training Program for Socio-Economic Development of Pakistan” with the assistance of KOICA office.
