STAFF REPORT LHR: The entrepreneurship ecosystem is still at nascent stages and requires a time constraint to get healthier. The need of promotion of tech entrepreneurship in Pakistan is inevitable due to its relentless potentials. Mobilink and LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship (LCE) have knitted a mutual cooperation ambience by signing an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).


According to the MoU, Mobilink will provide mentoring facilities and proficient resources of the organization will impart several trainings to the next cohort of 12 to 18 perspective business startups.


Mobilink patrons a project for nurturing of young entrepreneurs with the title Make Your Mark (MYM) that helps passionate youth to materialize their dream of being an entrepreneur by subsequent trainings and mentoring sessions.


Khurram Zafar, Executive Director of LUMS Center for Entrepreneurship, while speaking about this partnership with Mobilink, stated, “We look forward to continue to scout and support passionate Pakistani entrepreneurs in collaboration with Mobilink and its Make Your Mark initiative. The shared vision of both organizations will bolster entrepreneurship and Pakistan will go a long way towards strengthening this partnership over the long haul”.


The project will also be helpful in mitigating the academia-industry bridge which is the primary need of the present day in order to uplift education quality and industrial strengthening.
