STAFF REPORT IBD: Punjab University School of Biological Sciences PhD Research Scholar and President of National Academy of Young Scientists (NAYS) Pakistan Aftab Ahmad has been awarded the Scientific Exchange Award worth $7,000 for USA by American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS).
Aftab will visit University of Alabama, USA for a short duration to do his research project related to stem cell biology.
Punjab University Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mujahid Kamran has congratulated Aftab on this outstanding achievement.
It is to be mentioned here that Aftab, in addition to this recent award, has also won many other awards and honours which is a point for pride for the country?s academicians.
