STAFF REPORT IBD: Mobilink has launched Wikipedia Zero in order to provide its customers with free access to the worlds largest general reference database. The source will be available for Mobilinks prepaid customers round the clock to the full mobile version of Wikipedia. Mobilink customers will also be able to view these articles in Urdu on supported handsets.

The service is offered in continuation of Mobilinks ideology of providing its customers the best mobile internet experience.
On the other hand, this service will also complement Mobilinks recent contract with UNESCO for its mTaleem projects where under and unprivileged women from the rural areas are formally taught through mobile phone services and SMS.
The service is available for all new and existing pre-paid customers free of cost.
