STAFF REPORT PSR: Pakistan Telecommunications Company Limited (PTCL) has revamped, redesigned and inaugurated a One Stop Shop (OSS) in the city of Peshawar. This OSS was inaugurated as part of the companys customer first initiative for serving its millions customers throughout the country. Numerous actions are being taking from PTCL to facilitate its customers including restructuring of companys OSS all across the country, provided by the facility of one window operations to facilitate the valued customers.
At the inauguration ceremony of OSS, Kamran Malik, PTCL Executive Vice President, Customer Care said, “At PTCL, we are continuously working towards building a unique customer experience, an experience that customers feel proud to share with each other. For us, our most important stakeholder is our customers and we are committed to serve their needs and requirements”.
The strategically placed 191 One-Stop Shops (OSS) of PTCL are the public face of the company, which facilitate the customers by offering them quality products and services in bills collection, fault rectification, new service requests, duplicate bills, billing installments all under one roof.
At this occasion Abdul Sattar Naeem PTCL Executive Vice President, Business Zone North, Idrees Khatak, PTCL Regional General Manager, Peshawar; Naeem Siddiqui, PTCL General Manager, Customer Care and Jawad Saleem, PTCL General Manager, Consumer Sales North were also present at the occasion.
