Speaking on the occasion Professor Dr. Muhammad Syed Quraishi – VC DUHS said, “Today we have signed an agreement with 1LINK which I think will go a long way in helping our students and in their financial transactions in the university, It will also help our finance directorate in resourcing the amount of money received by the university and transacted by DUHS to the vendors. I hope this will be a successful partnership and I am sure it will ease payment collection obstacles faced by the university.”

The Dow Medical College was established at Hyderabad in 1881. It was relocated to Karachi by Sir Hugh Dow, Governor of Sindh in 1945. Until 1947, it was an affiliate of the University of Bombay.
