The agreement was signed between Hatem Bamatraf, President and Group CEO, PTCL & Ufone, and Harris M. Chaudhry, CEO, Universal Service Fund. Federal Minister for Information Technology & Telecommunications, Mr. Syed Amin ul Haq was also in attendance.
