While most of the specifications for the ZenFone 8 were already revealed in our exclusive report, we now have some additional details. The latest leak comes courtesy of Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings).

For example, the 5.9-inch FHD+ display on the phone is a Samsung-made E4 AMOLED display that will offer a 120Hz refresh rate. The display will be protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, and also feature an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The phone will be offered with up to 16GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 fast storage. It will get a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary rear sensor and a 12-megapixel wide-angle unit with Macro.

Both these cameras will offer EIS, while the main sensor will support 8K video recording and 4K at 120FPS slow-motion. The ZenFone 8 will get dual speakers, a linear vibration motor, 5G support, Bluetooth 5.2, FM Radio, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a 3-microphone system with OZO audio.

Apart from this, the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 SoC and run ZenUI 8 based on Android 11. It will also get a 4,000mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.

ASUS is launching the phone on May 12th globally, and we should know more about its availability and pricing then. The company will most likely bring the devices to India as well as they have received the BIS certification.
