Xbox Series X restock at Currys PC World - how to get a console

Currys PC World has dropped an eagerly anticipated restock of XBOX Series X gaming consoles on Friday.

March 5 saw the widely sought after console Xbox Series X from Microsoft hit Currys stores.

The Currys website was carrying the Xbox Series X consoles at 8am, as XBOX social media trackers moved to inform followers on Twitter.

Currys was selling bundles with XBOX passes, telling customers: “The Game Pass Ultimate is all the great stuff you get with Game Pass (hundreds of games to play for one monthly payment and Xbox exclusives on launch day).

“But now, you’ve got Xbox LIVE Gold included too. So you can play online with friends and get the most out of online co-op or multiplayer.”

Many have been left frustrated at not being able to get their hands on the premium Series X model – which has been incredibly hard to find.

The story follows the trend of the PS5, which has also seen many gamers being left upset and angry about the lack of stock.

Either way, everyone wants to know when both consoles come into stock and that’s why we’re here.

Worryingly, the PS5 shortage could stretch into 2022, according to Sony bosses, who spoke out amid a lack of components.

Jim Ryan told news publications last week that shortages were expected deep into the summer of this year and most likely the first two quarters of 2022 too.

PS5 consoles have been hit by insatiable demand from fans amid the shortages at UK retailers across the country, and worldwide retail platforms too.
