The latest addition to Samsung’s TWS lineup is yet to be announced but that isn’t stopping YouTuber Jeff Schick (aka Digital Slang) to post an unboxing and first impressions video of the Galaxy Buds Pro on his channel. This is the first time we’re seeing the earphones live on video and we can see they match up with the rumors from the past couple of months. The spec list confirms 5 hours of endurance on the buds themselves and a total of 18 hours with the charging case as well as IPX7 rating, side touch controls and active noise cancelation. They also support wireless charging as their predecessors. In terms of in-box contents, you get the earphones stored in their charging case, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a pack of extra silicone tips and the quick start guide.

We also get a quick size comparison to the Samsung Galaxy Buds+ revealing the newer Buds Pro to be slightly more compact. The new clamshell case comes with an LED indicator to let you know the remaining charge on the case. The Buds Pro also come with transparency mode which automatically detects voices around you and lets them through. As for the noise cancellation, the hosts says it’s good but falls short compared to the ANC on Apple’s AirPods Pro.
