ECEC Innovation Forum 2020 Virtual Edition Community has now officially launched providing registered delegates with the opportunity to log in

The Innovation Forum 2020 Virtual Edition Community has now officially launched providing registered delegates with the opportunity to log in and familiarise themselves with the customised platform ahead of the event’s kick off on 28 October 2020.

Commenting on the development Jason Roberts, CEO of Sector Publishing said “The launch of our virtual community is a significant milestone for the ECEC Innovation Forum. Up until now only a handful of people knew what the platform would look like, but now all of our registered delegates can easily log in and experience the customised platform in person ahead of the event itself.”

The opening of the virtual community in advance of the main event is a standard practice in the virtual event space designed to provide registered delegates the means to ensure that they are fully prepared in advance and in turn make the most out of the experience.

Examples of what delegates can do once logged into the community include:

Exploring the platform – See how it’s laid out, what pages there are and what features exist
Updating personal details – Go to your profile page, check your details and upload a photo
Creating your own program – Review the agenda and build your personalised session program
Activating Intelligent Networking – Opt in to our customised networking tool
Meeting the speakers and presenters – Scroll through the bio’s of all of our Forum participants
Browsing Innovator Booths – Experience the range of innovations on display via our virtual booth gallery

In addition, there will be six innovation focused interactive workshops available over the four day experience which delegates will be given the opportunity to opt into in the coming days.

“With ten days to go before the event kicks off, there are several things a delegate can do to be ready. My advice would be to get this piece done as early as possible and then just sit back and wait for the ECEC Innovation Forum to kick off on the 28 October” Mr Roberts said.

The ECEC Innovation Forum 2020 – Virtual Edition will be the ECEC sector’s first large scale 100 per cent online event with a focus on innovation in ECEC. Offered completely free of charge, the Forum will see over 50 sessions of content delivered over a customised virtual platform.

Event participants include the CEO’s of some of Australia’s largest ECEC providers, thought leaders, academics, innovators and more.

“We have deliberately designed this special event to appeal to the entire ECEC sector. Regardless of role, regardless of setting and regardless of governance type there innovation is relevant to everybody and our program reflects that,” Mr Roberts said in closing.
