Ex-PAF, “We would like to clarify that Mr. Efren Fajardo, a former Philippine Air Force officer, is the authorized regional representative of Globaltech Mobile Online Corp. which operates the Peryahan ng Bayan (PNB) games,” the company said in a statement.
“The PNB games are authorized by law by virtue of a Court of Appeals final decision which affirmed a status quo ante order that allows the operation of the games,” the company stressed.
Fajardo, who served the Philippine Air Force after graduating in 1993 as a member of the Philippine Military Academy Maalab Class, has been tagged in alleged jueteng activities in Pangasinan.
