All Pakistan Tenure Track Faculty Association (APTTFA) Executive Council has communicated worry over the supposed terrible performance of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in the goals of basic academic and managerial issues of the residency track staff members.

Conversing with writers, APTTFA executive Prof Dr. Khurram Shahzad Ahmed said that the HEC had resolved to determine the issues of the residency track staff members, however, the dedication had so far not been satisfied.

Referring to the gathering delegation of the APTTA with the HEC administrator, official executive, and others last year. He said that it was decided in the meeting that another meeting of the HEC would be held in 2020 to determine the issues of the residency track staff members in the light of the proposals of the BPS Review Committee, yet it couldn’t be met up until now.

He said that the postponement in the HEC meeting was adding to the issues of residency track staff members. The present circumstance due to Covid-19 ought not to influence the residency track staff members unfavorably.
