STAFF REPORT ISB: The two-day workshop aiming to launch IT startups and entrepreneurs was organized by Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). The event entailed renowned figures from Information Communication Technology (ICT) sector to acknowledge the innovative ideas of the technopreneurs.


The workshop training involved direct interaction of young technopreneurs with the established IT Companys owners which enriched their experience and learning from the tip. The IT conglomerates were present on the occasion who hailed this idea of uniting the fledglings and mentors on one forum for a synergic and healthy learning ecosystem.


Managing Director PSEB, Asim Shahryar Husain, while talking on the occasion underlined PSEBs contributions to IT industry with in last year and also shared plans for next year. He said, “PSEB is all set to sort out similar kind of events in the other parts of the country as well in order to mushroom the young entrepreneurs and give them opportunity to wade in the most tempting world of technopreneurship”.


Minister State for Information Technology (MoIT) and Telecommunication, Anusha Rahman graced the event as chief guest. She said while addressing on the occasion, “This event is one of the longing commitments of the incumbent government to make it a technology hub and thrive young innovative brains which can propel Pakistan towards a digital era”.
